The description (above) indicates whether the set is repackaged in its original box (or a generic box) and whether it includes the original instructions (or a printed copy). 

We do our best to make sure Certified Used sets are 100% complete, but we are people and people make mistakes. So please contact us if you discover that a Certified Used set is missing or has any damaged pieces, and we will do our best to correct the error. Otherwise, Certified Used sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
